Caught in a time loop.
I've got me a computer! That's right. Do the dance with me. You know you want to. I'm going to leave it at work for a few more days to test it out and add a few program goodies that I want on it for the studio at home. This is cool. It's been a long time since I've had a decent computer readily available to me. Naturally, getting another computer was made much more difficult because of certain ... people. What should have taken only a day or so to set up another computer when my laptop went down ended up taking weeks. (Months!) Get this: Someone who shall not be named gave away the computer that I lent him. Yep. Gave MY computer away. See what happens when you try to help some people? Ah. Well. Such is life. I learned early that you simply "work around" some people and try not to hold grudges. I forgive but that doesn't mean I'm not "aware". Still, I DO have a computer now and I have it because of others. My "suppliers". The good guys do always win in the end.
Right?

I was reading through some of my old journals and realized that I've been stuck in some sort of loop. I've been repeating the same things, desires, hopes, struggles and worries. That means I've been wasting time and I do not like wasting time. Relaxing is cool, wasting time isn't. Now, the real question is, can I stop living in this loop now that I'm aware that this is what I've been doing? We'll see.

I have a freaking long day ahead of me here and it's beautiful outside and won't be for much longer and I'm stuck at work until after ten tonight. (Suck!) I so do not want to be here.
...
The Western Michigan University Broncos ran over Tennessee Tech's Golden Eagles, 41-7. The Broncos controlled the game from the first few minutes of Saturday night's game. It was very cool and I discovered that there is no way I can sit on a hard seat for four hours. After half an hour my feet were numb. Another half an hour and I suspected gangrene. Everyone seemed to have cool Bronco's shirts and hoodies and little packs and toothpaste except me. I felt so left out. I wanted a neat-o shirt too but I couldn't even afford something to drink while I was at the game so buying any playthings was a definite, "ain't gonna' happen". I had a really good time even if I did almost die of thirst and a numb butt and was made to feel like the poor kid at a family Christmas party. The crowd was big, the traffic ridiculous and the prices high. I'd go again.

Let's see what the future brings and look forward with silly grins.
