Dead heroes.

No. I'm not gonna' talk about Morgan Stone. Not at the moment anyway. What I am gonna' talk about is The New York Times article asking the question; "Is the Superhero Genre Played Out?". They speculate, "Yes." and I personally, couldn't disagree more. The superhero genre is about as dead as the sci-fi genre is. People just need to open their minds and think outside the box. If superheroes are nothing more than costumes, silly names and secret identities, then I'd agree that they were limited, but they're not. There was a time when SF was thought dead by people who couldn't see SF as anything more than captains flying space ships with half human seconds. They were wrong then and they're wrong now.

Truthfully, this seems like little more than a cheap and easy way to ride a wave and get a story published.
